In all honesty, I’m quite terrified of sunsets (when it comes to photographing them). We usually have this mindset that sunsets are oh-so-colorful with dusty rose pinks, beautiful peaches, and pale blues. As you’ll see below, this always isn’t the case. The weather has been so up and down recently (end of summer/hurricane season blues?). I thought it’d be interesting to take out my always obliging, beautiful model, Brianna, to try to capture some portraits at sunset. I love what we captured. I was quite nervous because the sun was quite harsh at first, but it calmed down quite beautifully. I quite like the beautiful pastels of this sunset!
